Got my new Master Cylinder Today
Yep got it from AutoZone for $13.99 and two big bottles of Prestone Brake Fluid. Now all I gotta do is try and put the sucker in and see if I know what the heck im doing. The MC came with nice plugs and hoses for bench bleading it. I dont have a vise so im gonna see if I can get a buddy of mine to hold it in place for me. Not sure if this will work though. Ill let you know how it works. Wish me luck

Get a couple of c-clamps and clamp it down to something. You have to push pretty hard to stroke the piston (no pun intended, you guys), it takes a while, and somebody is gonna get tired real quick if they are trying to hold it, and for sure you're gonna get brake fluid all over the place.
Follow the instructions to the letter. VERY important!

Where do you put the C-clamps? On the directions I got with the MC it said to clamp only the flange and not on the reservour. I dont know where else to put it. Unless i misunderstood the directions. THanks for the help

Bolt it on the truck. Don't hook up the lines to the truck and put the bleeder fittings/hoses on. Then use the brake pedal to do the bleeding. Much easier.

Do what Tom said. I have been doing it that way forever. Sure is easier using your leg that fighting with it and pushing the piston by hand. Just don't spill any brake fluid while doing it!

Here is how I did mine! I used some brake lines to bend inside the master for bleeding. Also, be carefull and pump your brakes alot in the driveway!!! Becuse when I replaced my master, It blew apart my 30+ year old brake lines!!!

How do you know how far to pump the pedal? The instructions say not to pump the piston too far so how do I know how much to pump it? THanks
