Truck frame to Blazer Frame
What exactly would it take to make a blazer body fit on a short wheel base truck frame? What is the difference between the two?

Re: Truck frame to Blazer Frame
A couple of obvious differences are 1) The Blazer wheel base is 109", short bed frame wheel base is 115", and the long bed frame wheel base is 127". 2) The frame mounts are different on the Blazer starting at location 3 on back.
There are probably other differences as in the rear kickup but I have not compared them closely enough to be sure. Jim

Re: Truck frame to Blazer Frame
You are right, the wheel base is 104". I misread the information that I have.

Re: Truck frame to Blazer Frame
Does anyone know if there is any difference besides wheelbase and frame mounts? Is the actual frame longer and are the bends different?

Re: Truck frame to Blazer Frame
The frame is about 11" longer (same as wheelbase) iirc, it's not a straight swap, you would have to shorten the frame to make it work.
