brake lines for my new axle
installing 77 3/4 ton axle in my 3/4 ton 67 this week , 77 brake hoses are 2-3" short, I ordered brake hoses for a 1 ton from napa they said they are about the right length (2.77" longer than the 3/4 ones) anybody out there with experience on this subject. o yea, it is lifted about 4"

I got the stainless braided for mine but not sure what they were for.

i`m intereseted in this as i got a 70 3/4 4x4 with a corp 10 in the front i need to put new lines on..

jamie, if you have the corp 10 then be sure that your calipers are the same year too. The banjo bolts are metric on the newer (corp10) axles and calipers. Dana's had standard banjo bolts so I know the lines are different.
Might be best to get a set from a 4WD shop for a lifted rig...

update: the 77 1 ton brake hoses seem to be the right length for my disc brake conversion and a 4" lift on my 67 3/4 ton 4x4, frame attachment uses clips not the large cheep nut things
