I love Patina
So I removed the rotten wood on my bed and replaced it with a new bed here are some pics of the rotten metal bed and the bed that went in it's place. BTW I hate Rusted bolts.

lol This looks like my bed.. and cab... and ... lol GOtta love NW Ohio Salt in the winter .. oh and I feel ya, I hate rusted bolts too.. I am fixing to pull it apart and put another floor in it as well..

A word of advice, get some PBblaster to use on the rusted bolts., make sure you have a sawzall. You can go to home depot and get new carriage bolts for less then $10.00 and that is with the washers and lock nuts. If you remove the bed hook it up to a cherry picker and it will come off much easier good luck with the swap and take lots of pics.
