Motor swap help

I installed pontiac motor with th400 tonight. Left valve cover hits a brake booster. I can replace booster with the smaller booster out of T/A later on. Motor seems to sit a little bit at the angle to me. Do you guys think it's ok or should I try and bring it down some? If its ok I would just leave it alone. Thanks
