Cab Bushings

Does someone have a picture or an illustration on how the Cab bushings go. I have a 1/2 ton 4x4 and when I took them out I did not take a pic(mentally or physicaly) on how they were. Also did the Torque bushings on the Transfer case to frame bushings. There is a plate with 2 holes in it that goes somewhere can't remember how it went.
Dimentia is setting in! LOL
Thanks for any help.
Ron
