Wheel well rear "inner"
Has anybody cut a set original rear tubes to splice into the original tubes that are in the truck to make them wider? So all the lines and contours are the same. I hope that makes sense.

Yeah, there was a set of enlarged ones in the parts section a while back.

Re: Wheel well rear "inner"
I found a set at a salvage yard for $12 and took mine and the ones that i just bought to a good body shop and told them i needed them 2" wider than stock. He cut off the flange on one set and cut the flange 2" wider off the other set and welded them to my original set. $80 later it looks great. The only thing I don't know if i should chrome plate them or not. The rest of my bed has spray in bed liner that somewhat matches my paint and there is no way they can match with new bed liner.
