Have a local guy asking to buy a th-350/205 set up that I have.
It's complete with the correct adaptor plate. What's it worth? Both work fine, came out of a running/driving truck. |

I payed $150 for a TH350/NP205 setup with adapter,crossmember,correct t-case skidplate and crossmember and chrome T-case shift lever.I thought I got a great deal though..I'd say around $300 and it sells quick like Tim says but you may get $400 or so from the right person.
