Question Lug Nuts?

I just got a set of Superior Wheel aluminum mods and when I tried to put them on my truck I found the rear studs only came to about 3/4 way through the lug nut and then when I tried to fit the fronts I only had around 2 threads into the lug nuts. Has anyone else run into this problem trying to mount aluminum wheels with factory lug studs? I first thought that they might need shank style lug nuts but after measuring the hole in the wheel I soon figured out that shank lug nut would never fit. Does anyone know if the big auto parts stores carry longer lug studs?
