Re: That didn't take long

3 on the tree would be a manual transmission....350 Turbo Hydramatic would be a three speed auto transmission.

Good luck with it either way...I am sure you are just excited...LOL

Re: That didn't take long

Oh...I thought it was a 350cu.in./350hp/3spd.I knew you wouldn`t be long w/o a truck.
I know I would have serious issues if it came down to no old GM truck in the driveway.I truly don`t think I could deal with that.I`d have to at least have a bed or a frame around, maybe a grille.

Re: That didn't take long

OK.. so here's the full dealio...

69 C-10 but has grill off a 71 or 72. Very very very light rust. Just one spot near the driver rocker.

No A/C
No PS
No PB

runs and shifts very well and would probably need a tailgate but otherwise it's pretty solid.

he's asking $2800 which I think is a tad high personally. Opinions?

Re: That didn't take long

It is all a judgement call as to price. One fellow jumps all over it and the next fellow passes it by.

Go with your gut feeling.

It sounds like it could be worth it to me.

I agree, if it's as little rust as you say. I think it's o.k. to pay a bit extra for lack of rust. It'll save you in the long run.
