TTT - We need to make sure EVERYBODY on here sees this. Maybe someone here will see his truck.

Re: Killer 71 Stollen
I'll keep an eye out in S.W. Missouri just in case it shows up here. I'd say there aren't a whole lot of blue and white shortbeds like that with late model drivetrains in them, so it will make it a whole lot easier to spot if it shows up in my area.
Maybe if everyone outside of your area in every direction that is on here sees this we will all be able to work together to catch the person that did this. I'd also watch on eBay as well. You never know just how brazen some of these thieves are. It wouldn't surprise me to see it end up on there. Good luck finding it. We'll all do what we can to help you out because the truck community is a brotherhood, and ya better not mess with brothers!!! ...Joe

Re: Killer 71 Stollen
That is awful that someone would take something that means so much to alot of people, You guys busted your butts off to make such a nice truck, just to have a low life take it from you...I feel so bad about this, I just hope it's found and you get KILLER back....I don't know you guys personally, But we are all a part of this fourm For one reason, We all love these trucks and sharing stories about them, and helping each other with tips and advise...I'm sorry for your loss, I know your sick because I sure am....George

Re: Killer 71 Stollen
Damn that sucks, at least these motors are tough as hell so don't worry about them hurting the drivetrain. I will keep my eye out in alabama and tell all the truck drivers at work to keep there eye out since they go through Mississippi everyday. Good luck and keep us posted. It has to be somebody that knows you or knows someone that knows you.

Re: Killer 71 Stollen
what is wrong with those people?!?! that's why there will never be world peace, because someone always wants something that someone else has and doesn't want to work/pay for it. hope they catch those people that did this to you!!!

Re: Killer 71 Stollen
Well, since my shifter is already ghetto rigged (cotter pins lock it in), Ill just take the thing with me when I leave. No use starting it when you cant shift it....
Goodluck finding it man. Maybe call a local radio station thats cool (morning shows are the bomb) and see if they can give a shout out. Last edited by texanidiot25; 10-30-2007 at 02:33 AM. |

Re: Killer 71 Stollen
this kinda thing really makes me sick ... it really takes a low life s.o.b to do such a thing . i cant believe that anyone theif or not could not look at the truck and see the time, the money. and love put in that truck....and then take it.....and IMO A theive that steals a truck like this, is either building a truck and needs parts or knows someone who does ...IMO the person who stole should have a beaten of his life.the kinda a$$ whoopin that when everyday he wakes up he thinks of you......killer i feel awfull for you and i hope everything works out and you get her back....if you find the guy who done this let me know i will be glad to come down and give him a whoopin that he deserves.............tony

Re: Killer 71 Stollen
Used to be a time when they hung horse thieves......bring it back!
After a few "public" hangings, I guarantee the chance of your ride being in the driveway in the morning will increase 1000%.

Re: Killer 71 Stollen
I feel your pain completely. My 71 C20 big block truck was stolen on Oct. 20. I still haven't heard any word on it's whereabouts. I live in the Virginia Beach, VA area. The truck is purple and silver long bed with alcola aluminum wheels. If you live around here you have probably seen it. Any help looking for this is appreciated.
