Re: Blazer Im looking at...

They all look good in pics, it's when you start to dig thing's can get ugly.

Overall, that one from the 10ft away pics looks to be solid.

What kind of shape is your truck in? Similar?
Straight up trade?

Speakers behind the seats wouldn't be stock.

How does it run/drive?

Re: Blazer Im looking at...

my truck is decent. I have done some work that i wish i didnt, but i can unfix it. I rhino lined my floorboard a couple years ago that i wish was undone. My engine is STRONG and about 10-12000 miles. sm465 tranny, little lift and good tires, good suspension (ran through and redone about 3000 miles ago). My truck is solid, but that doesnt mean that it would be a straight up trade. I am hoping so, but ill ask next time i have my truck that direction.

I didnt get to drive the blazer, just stopped in really quickly to check things out

Why do you wish you had not done the rhino lining?

its not that i wish i hadnt rhino lined it, its that when you take away the carpet and insulation from the floor- the road gets MUCH louder. with a loud exhaust and some sir leaks anyway, i dont even try to talk on the phone when i drive.

just noise mainly, other than that i still like it. I can hose it off if it gets dirty and i never have to worry about getting my carpet stained or muddy

Re: Blazer Im looking at...

They want $11,900 for that Blazer!!!(I checked their website)Don`t let them give you a value on your truck that isn`t over inflated as much as their Blazer price. And,check up and under for rust that doesn`t show in the pictures.
Personally, unless they really want that thing gone for alot less,I`d walk.Generally,a realer with the word "Classic" in their name is overpriced. They just find stuff and mark it way up.You just need to find it first.

Re: Blazer Im looking at...

Surely $11,900 is a misprint...if not they are smoking dope! Unless everything in & under it is new with exception of paint, looks more like $3-5k.

Re: Blazer Im looking at...

Well, I hope it works out for you, but I'm afraid that dealer might have stars in his eyes cause that K5 isn't worth $11,900.

Keep us posted.

I agree, that price is way high. Be careful with that, putting it so high sends out a bad vibe.
