holes in dash?

well i was looking at my dash today and i saw 2 holes rite above the ignition? i looked through LMC and i dident see anything that would go there. maybe the PO put something there.. anyone have a clue about what they are there for or if anything is sopposed to go there?

that's where the plate goes... I always assumed it was glued on myself.

Remember how popular CB radios were when these were newer. The PO could have had his mic mounted there.

its the labels that says acc,off, run
thought i had a picture but (dum luck) the steering wheel was in the way
