305/350 swap

Well guys, after trying for a couple of months now to get the 350 to fire up i've decided to do a swap for now so i can tear apart the 350 and find out what is wrong with it and build it up right. I came across a 305 on craigslist out of a 78 malibu with 67000 on it. I was told it runs great and it was pulled a week ago. I figured for $150.00 i'd take my chances. Besides, I know where he lives now. I know the 305 is no tire scorcher, but it should be plenty good to drive around town with. I plan to do the swap this weekend. What should i keep an eye out for? What kind of troubles might i have? Any input would be great. Mario.

Make sure you get the starter for the 305. I think the flex plate is different too, if it's an auto, but I can't remember for sure.
