? about GMCPaul

I had emailed Paul about some parts on 11-20-07 and he replied 11-24-07 and mentioned about getting back to me. Since then I have not heard from him. I tried to contact him through email several times since then and have had not luck getting a reply.

Does anybody know the best way to contact him?

Thanks
Jason

Re: ? about GMCPaul

I've never had a lot of issues, but I remember someone mentioning something going on (either personal or business-wise) that may lead to slowdowns. Was it an ice storm or something? I forget.

Personally, when I need to talk to anyone I'm shopping with online, I will call the place directly. I would use the phone numbers listed at the site, myself. I rarely communicate and do business via email.

I have never heard anything negative about GMCPaul. I will try to give him a call tomorrow as I am not sure how often he checks his email. I also heard about some flooding in the area he is located in.

Re: ? about GMCPaul

I think do to their size, you may run into some delays, but i just ordered a ton of stuff and most of it came within two weeks. I still have a few back orders but that's expects on some stuff. I think they are one of the better venders

I dont know why your even asking. all that time without a response? move on to the the next vendor. There are plenty of them that want your business.
That is not meant as a slam, or anything personal... just business

Re: ? about GMCPaul

I've heard nothing but good things about GMC Paul. Occasionally there are circumstances beyond anyone's control (IE; I got a PC virus and had to reformat a drive that had my stored e-mail on it....I lost record of mail that I had to respond to). Give him the benefit of the doubt and try again by phone.

Re: ? about GMCPaul

lately you do not deal with paul..period...trust me...i know i have always dealt with him.. for the last 10 years and i dont want to bash....but i placed an order and was told 600 dollars worth of parts were waiting on me...so i took the 3.5 hour drive to pick up the parts that were waiting on me....well None of the parts were there.. NONE this is after 5 confirmed emails and personal numbers given to me.....i then decided to order again and have the parts shipped to me...even though i could have just done that from my house...well it came time to pay and i did not have any small bills....and they did not either....so for 8 dollars they lost a 600 sale......i even agreed to pay for shipping.....?

moderators i am not trying to break any rules.....nor bash......

edit....this dealing was not with paul himself....but its still his company

Re: ? about GMCPaul

I don't want to bash on the guy but he never called me back and messed my order up. I ordered a complete firewall insulation kit from him and he shipped part of the order out and two weeks later I got parts from a different vendor. The insulation panels from the differnt vendors did not match at all..

I've dealt with him before, and was short on a couple of items, told them about it and the problem was fixed in a couple of days.

Re: ? about GMCPaul

I have dealt with three Vendors...Wess, Tim Christian...and Paul.[ I would order from them in a "Heartbeat" . Maybe with Christmas around the corner, Grandchildren, and maybe with GMCPaul the help is the issue. Either way the three mentioned are honest, trusworthy, and they know their trucks. No one is perfect and as we go through life and business we will have an occasionsl glitch. I say call and email Paul and give him time to call back. Remember...it's the season to be patient and understanding. I wish you all the best of luck. Things will work out.

I think some of the guys, me included, misunderstood what you were saying when you said "lately you don't deal with Paul." Thanks for explaining it.

I've heard nothing but good things about him personally. Maybe someone that know him needs to let him know about what's happening...
