Engine surge
When I floor it, my engine kinda surges, like kinda weak at first, then it kicks in. It isn't a smooth acceleration and I can feel the truck vibrate like something is off balance. Timing? Dead cylinder? What do you guys think?

Tune up, change fuel filter.. take it to a qualified mechanic.

Sounds like a weak spark.
Check to see if one of your spark plug wires may be shorting out somewhere.
