Gauge needle color
Where can i find the paint that is used to make these the original color? Any specific place, not necessarilly looking for NOS standards, just close

I've used international orange from my hobby shop...looks prettty good.

now when cleaning up one of these gauges, i was thinking about replacing the black paint and numbering/lettering as well. is this too much of a pain? Was also considering the white gauge setup...

I think a gage swap would be the way to go. And the hobby shop is best for the orange paint.
