Got some color on the k5
I didnt have time to get the body work done before winter so instead of leaving it in primer to rust this winter I threw some black on it. Turned out pretty good I think, I'm going to try and get body work done next winter I think. Sorry these pics are kind of bad but I'll get some that are better when I get plates and I can drive it next week. So what do you think?

Re: Got some color on the k5
Not really sure, I added a flip kit in back with a 2" lift shackle, lower control arm in front and the PO hacked the stock springs pretty short. I'll be replacing them as well as the lca's with spindles sometime this summer.

Re: Got some color on the k5
Looks really sharp. Mine is also a good 20 footer, but it is nice to be able to park at wal-mart and not worry about door dings. Now just get the windows darkened up a bit and you'll be set!

Re: Got some color on the k5
I think it looks excellent for a slam dunk paint job. I have always thought that Blazers look good in black.
What width are the rear wheels? I bought a set of 15x10 Truck Rallys from Wheel Vintiques a few months back for mine but haven't mounted them yet. Yours looks wider than the stock 8", is why I'm asking. |

As far as the body work goes there are just some minor dings and waves nothing too bad but since black shows everything I might re-do it

Re: Got some color on the k5
What body work needs done? Unless its gonna be a show truck or something, it looks damn nice the way it is. The paint even has a shine to it, a buff-n-polish would make it a mile deep. I wish mine looked that good!
