Sort of new and first try at post
Hello from the land of the blizzard!! Hope my attempt to attach pictures of my project 72 worked. I am about as good with computers as I am at getting the brakes for the truck mounted under the dash and away from the firewall.
Some of you may have seen the photos before as GRNDDWN might have posted. We have a Drop Member in it up front but the frame z is complicating that install a bit. I can post more pics on that solution if people are interested (as it is solved). Has anyone used the street rod style under dash (90 degree offset) brake conversion in a 67 - 72? The booster and master all go under the dash for a very clean looking firewall. I have one I bought from Heidts but it seems to interfere with getting the steering column back in the right spot. Before I really start fabricating I thought I'd check to see if I had missed something!! |
