Re: WIW..Factory tach dash w/vaccumm gauge
well I saw a set with just tach go for well over 200 on ebay, maybe the vaccumm made it more valuable? and also the fact its in great shape..?

Re: WIW..Factory tach dash w/vaccumm gauge
I would guess around $250-$300 depending on the printed circuit and general condition.

Re: WIW..Factory tach dash w/vaccumm gauge
There was one on eBay that sold recently for something like $550+/- Someone started a thread on it, WOW it was crazy but he got the money for it. So put it on eBay and I bet you get $500+ for it

Re: WIW..Factory tach dash w/vaccumm gauge
The one on e-bay also had a speedwarning if we are talking about the same one. That will drive the price up quite a bit.. I will still say $250-$300 depending on condition. Also, the vacuum wasn't available in the smaller pickups,(c-10, c-20, c-30) but it is still a cool option that will work in a pickup. Eric

Re: WIW..Factory tach dash w/vaccumm gauge
Didn't you post before that it has low mileage on it. It couldn't hurt to put that in your listing. If it has little useage on it I'd think it'd make it worth more. Is it all original or is the bezel new?

Re: WIW..Factory tach dash w/vaccumm gauge
I've seen them advertised on PDX craigslist for about $400 pretty regularly. If there's any cracks, it goes down significantly (~$90 to replace the face, ~$40 to replace the lense).

As for the guages, I'd guess more in the $275 range as long as it is for a V8 and stamped for a V8. You can buy new repops for around $500-600 range (I haven't checked in awhile). I bought a used one about 6 years ago for $60. I never installed it though. It went with my 69 when I traded it. I wish I had kept it.

Re: WIW..Factory tach dash w/vaccumm gauge
I've bought a couple of things from the person you're talking about (Mel - AKA "Classic Bowties"), but there's another one listed this week from Vancouver ($400) and there were two others last week. I've seen quite a few. Mel's are usually rebuilt with the tac "upgrade", but they are also completely refurbished to look like new. I did the upgrade on mine for $199 but haven't gotten around to painting the needles and have a definate left to right color variation due to sun exposure.

Re: WIW..Factory tach dash w/vaccumm gauge
yeah theres a re-man one on ebay going for 425 with almost 3 days left...its obviously nicer than mine, but mine is original GM..but I cant imagine it would go for over 400 bucks..maybe I should hold on to it if its so valuable..?

Re: WIW..Factory tach dash w/vaccumm gauge
It should be on the back of the tach itself. You'll need to have the cluster out of the truck to see.
