operation cab floor update
sorry guys I haven't figured out how to add pics to an existing thread so just wanted to show couple more pics of progress, not much got down with the flu for a few days. anyway put inner rocker on and clamped outer rocker in place to see if I kept it pretty straight, I don't expect perfect the first time but plan on improving as time goes along....By the way I saw a thread awhile back about drilling out weld spots then I bought one of those spot weld removal bits and it's alright but not near worth the money. I do electrical work and we use a UNIBIT to drill boxes and such. It works ten times better than the spot weld removal kit and lasts alot longer. you can buy them from 1/4 to 1/2 or bigger. the last pic is a picture of it if any of you are interested. you can buy at any lowe's or home depot.

Nice looking progress! I had thought about using a unibit but wasn't sure how well it would work, but you have apparently proven that it works well. Great job!!

Lookin good Truckin. Did you drill a pilot hole for the unibit, or did you just ram it through?

Re: operation cab floor update
just put it through didn't seem to slip at all, I spent about 30 minutes with 5 spot welds the other day, took me about 5-6 minutes with the unibit.
