Re: windsheild washer pump

More than likely the rubber orffice has let go so it can't pump. I had this happen to several of mine so I installed a late model jug with electric pump on it. It works so much nicer. I wired it to the factory switch also.

It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Sounds like a great idea, any details on the install?

Re: windsheild washer pump

yea, i picked a universal pump a few months ago from a flea market. It looks like it will work with my old pump, but i have t wire it to the old pump. which wires do i use? the pump has a 12v+ and a ground. the directions say to wire it to the 2 wire plug going into the old pump, but when i remove it, the windshield wipers dont work. there is also a single plug with a black wire and a 3 wire plug with a blue wire and 2 yellow wires. any help would be great!
