New Chassis paint.

IMO, if you really drive it nothing, including powdercoating, will stay on without nicks and dings. Just my two cents...

I have used POR15, with nothing but great results. Goes on easy, bonds to the metal, the only drawback is you have to prep EXACTLY as they say, and it becomes milky if exposed to alot of sunlight. They do offer a topcoat to prevent this though.

I second POR-15. I left my frame out long enough to get some minor milky color to it. Fortunately this was on a car and the milky looking side was the top side. I have yet to find anything from POR-15 that I don't like.

No harm in it ... But I would not take my truck apart just to paint the frame. (I like driving it too much.) However: To each his own and anyone can do anything he wants, of course.
