WTB: 2 bbl. carb and some misc parts
I am in need of a good 2 bbl carb to stick on my 283. Got mine running over the weekend and the carb leaks out of every possible spot badly. Am also looking for some shift linkage to connect my 3 speed column to the 700r4. The column has already been welded so it only moves up and down. Any ideas on fabricating one would work too. Thanks!

Re: WTB: 2 bbl. carb and some misc parts
Well, he didn't have a 2bbl, but he has an aluminum 4 bbl intake and 5 quadra-jets. He's going to give me the intake and the box of carbs and hopefully I can find a good one. Also giving me a set of valve covers as the 283 intake has the oil fill front and center. Still needing some thoughts on the shift linkage though!
Thanks! Free is always my favorite price!
