SB PS pump and BB PS pump...

Are they the same with a different bracket? I have a SB PS pump here and have decided to go BB with the 67.

Re: SB PS pump and BB PS pump...

not at all. the BB pump has a remote reservoir due to a lack of room on the short water pump set ups (whivch all 68 - 72 BB trucks had)

Re: SB PS pump and BB PS pump...

i'm using a small block ps pump, bracket and pulley on my BB w/ long water pump. the ps pulley does not align properly with the crank pulley. the ps pulley sits about 1/4"-3/8" forward of the crank pulley groove but it is working for now without squealing or rubing. not saying its right, it's just working for a quick fix. -steve
