Hump temp. - Any options for insulation?

So the hump on my truck gets pretty warm I was just wondering if there were any options for insulating it. Especially if you could do it under the hump as I was planning on rhino lining the floor. I was wondering about the rust.

3M has some good undercoating. I'm not a big fan of undercoating though. I would pull the carpet back (or rubber mat), and install some sound/heat insulation. That's what I did, and no heat & less sound.
