Installed door panels and carpet today!!

Installed the carpet, "Rod Door" door panels, and black vinyl on the firewall above the carpet. The door panels are not covered yet, they will be covered with vinyl about the same color as the carpet.

The rest of the interior will be installed next week.

Re: Installed door panels and carpet today!!

Rod Doors makes the panels, carpet is from Stock Interiors. I also ordered the headliner and A-pillar covers from Rod Doors, very nice stuff.

I'll take pictures of the covers when they get installed. I don't have them, they are at the interior shop.

Is the color a bronze, or more orange? Nice, got more of the whole truck?

Westbuttetruck, this trend tells more about the truck

Jkaylor68GMC, the panels attach with 3M DualLock Reclosable Tape.

Got some more pictures. The headliner was covered, A-Pillar covers were covered, speaker pods covered, and most of the center console is finished.

Re: Installed door panels and carpet today!!

The dash is covered in black vinyl. The shifter is a Lokar unit for the 700R4. The seats are buckets, C5 Corvette from Stylin' Concepts, they are leather in the same color saddle.

Thank you for all the great comments, the truck has been lots of work. I'm pleased it has come out as nice as it has and other people think so as well.

The truck definitely is sweet. Looking forward to pics with the dash pad reinstalled. Will that have the same black vinyl or the headliner vinyl or saddle?

I've been trying to order one of those from Autozone for over a couple of months (gift cards). Every time we go to order it they say it is "Out of stock".

Now that I've seen it installed I really want to use one. Nice truck!

Yea, thanks. What I meant was that I have gift cards I have to use at AZ and they never have it available to order. When I finally get my trans installed I'm going to have to get one from somehwere. Thanks for the head's up from Summit.
