not sure, just purchased this way. still has lots of upgrading to do, but definately showable.

I've heard others stating the Ford factor the person that sold it to us just said it was a '56 Chevy.
this is our first classic vehicle.

I wanted to do a '41 Willy's and my wife like's '70 Chevelles
this is the compromise we came up with concidering we both like trucks.

my other hobby is off roading, here's a photo of that hobby

Thanks, if it truely ends up being a dodge bed. curious did all the older beds have a wood floor? our bed is only 4 planks, and looks to be plywood. looks good, but I know it's not stock Chevy.

I believe that '87 was the last year you could get a wood bed in a GM stepside truck. The stock GM wood bed would have more wood panels and metal slats. You should be able to "google" a picture of it.

went to a car show this weekend and noticed that stock GM beds don't have inner wheel wells that protrude into the bed.
