Re: 70 chevy long bed parts
Is the radiator for an auto with A/C - if so (and you would be interested in shipping) - let me know a shipped price to 43615 when you have a moment.
Would you happen to have any pix? Thanks. |

Re: 70 chevy long bed parts
Uncle-I can ship the parts no problem, it may be a little expensive because of the weight. Give me your zip code and I will find out the cost. I can get you the info by Monday if not sooner. Sorry for the delay, the parts are not at my house.

Re: 70 chevy long bed parts
lks dcvn-yes the radiator is for an auto or manual w/ AC. It has the trans cooler that can be used for an auto or plugged for a manual. It has at least a three row core, maybe four,I will have to check. I can get you a pic and a price quote, but it may not be until Monday. I will do my best to get back to you sooner.

Re: 70 chevy long bed parts
I'm intersted in bed, tailgate and power steering box. What do you think it will take to get to Illinois? I'll be posting the trans section. how straight is the gate?

Steering box should be easy to ship, I'll get it out of storage this weekend, so I can get you a shipping quote. Whats your zip code? The tailgate is so-so with small dents here and there. I can get you some better pics this weekend. I don't know what it would take to ship the bed. Best case would be if someone was heading that way and could take for you, otherwise it would require truck shipping, not cheap. I could probably get it loaded at this end if you make arrangements. Don't have a clue what it weighs. 500 lbs. maybe plus some type of pallet to put it on. If I can get it to the loading dock at work that would cut down on your expense. Talk to some shipping companies and let me know if you are still interested. |

Re: 70 chevy long bed parts
Im tempted to roll up there and grab the fenders. Any rust/rot at all, or are they clean? Looks nice in the pic.
Also, anything you are looking for in trade? I have a semi decent parts stash. Last edited by chrislehr; 08-19-2008 at 02:30 PM. |

Re: 70 chevy long bed parts
There is no rust or rot in these fenders. I can send you some better pics this weekend. There is a small amount of damage to both fenders. If you look at the closeup pics, you will see they are slightly dented where the top back edge of the bumper was pushed in and one has a small hole at the bottom back edge of the wheel well. Otherwise they are very straight. I don't think the small dents on the front edge of the fenders would show, once you have the bumper mounted. If you want them and are not in a big hurry, I will probably be headed your direction sometime in the next month. Rather have cash than parts. I'm trying to get rid of all my parts so I have room to help my dad with his '50 Chevy 5 window pickup.
