Anyone interested in OE style 2.5" ram horn flanges?

I put a pair of 2.5" outlet Vette ram horns on the '68. I'm wanting the OE style formed flanges that attach the pipe to the manifold. All I can find readily available is the 3/8" flat mild steel that are prone to warp bad. I did find one place that found a box of 5 sets in a warehouse, but they will only sell the whole box to get rid of them. I haven't been quoted a price yet- should know Monday.

Assuming the price will be fair, anyone interested in the other 4 sets?

Thanks- that would be great!

All the parts store/ Walker/ ETC I've found are the flat style.

I might be interested...pending pics/measurements & prices. Some of those fit OK & some don't.

Exactly. I don't want any cheap flimsy junk either. I'd like to get this exhaust done soon- pulling it in & out of the garage with open manifolds isn't really as fun as actually driving the darn thing. It has been held up too long searching for some stupid flanges

Shouldn't a big block be the same or are you talking about the manifold pipe?

Re: Anyone interested in OE style 2.5" ram horn flanges?

I think the stud- to- stud spacing is bigger on a BB. I need 3" stud/ stud. My '88 454 has '96 manifolds on it- I'll check it tomorrow- I think the studs are further apart than the old BB stuff. Anyone got an old 454 manfold to check?

Re: Anyone interested in OE style 2.5" ram horn flanges?

i checked today at work and we are out of the stamped flanges so i called our largest suppliers and they don't stock them anymore either. all they have are the flat style, but, they do make the flat version in 3/8" thick.

Re: Anyone interested in OE style 2.5" ram horn flanges?

Jerry, thanks for checking. The guy told me today that "the warehouse showed them in inventory, but when they went to the shelf to get them, they were not there". So I may have no choice other than the flat style.

I sure would like to know how guys pull of perfect & correct restorations. These flanges would be OE on a Vette, so I find it hard to believe somebody isn't making them. Seems like I run into impossibilities on the simplest things
