Build sheet...Possible to replace?

I found mine between the gas tank and tank cover. I thought I had it in a safe place. BUT NOOOOOOOOOO!

While cleaning out the closet it somehow drifted to the floor and along came Amelda Marcos' shoes crashing down and shredded it like Christmas wrapping paper. After kicking air for 30 minutes and some self demoralizing cursing. I gathered up every single piece. So I ask, Is it possible to get a replacement? Or is it even possible to restore?

I really don't want to piece it together with tape and have it resemble Doc Brown's letter from Marty McFly.

I would like to know this too. Both the trucks I recently bought were missing it.

Re: Build sheet...Possible to replace?

Nitro, let me tell you how to do a poor man's restoration; (I've been in the printing industry for the past 34 years and have learned a trick or 2). First, don't use tape!! Get a slightly oversize piece of heavy paper or chipboard like from the back of a writing tablet and get a glue stick from an art supply store. Piece it together like a jigsaw puzzle mounting it to the chipboard with the glue stick. Don't use a lot of glue, just enough to tack it down. When you are all done cover it with a sheet of clear mylar that you can also get at the art supply and either make a photo copy of it or scan it. It will not be the original, but at least you have something you can use.

Re: Build sheet...Possible to replace?

I have an idea. If someone will scan a good copy of one I will put it into a PDF file and do a little magic with it so you are able to fill in what was on the original and print a new one off. Might help a few people.
