Re: Cpp?

I've never had a problem with CPP ... very reasonably priced, quality parts and their phone support is way better than most.

Re: Cpp?

I have bought parts from them for my last 2 trucks. I will buy from them again for the truck I'm picking up this Saturday. I've never had any kind of a problem with them.

Re: Cpp?

I bought a full disc conv. from them adn they sent the wrong calipers. (my truck was stuck in the shop on the lift for days) They sent me the right ones..but would not express ship or credit my $ back untill I sent them the wrong calipers back. I would buy from again...but Im not much of a complainer (due to my job "Service Manager" and get alot of people complaining to me all day long...make me nice to everyone else.!!

Re: Cpp?

i've dealt with several guys at CPP and, like shane, i've never been ripped off, i had one time i had to cancel an order, i was promptly refunded.

i'll tell you this: they make the de-facto best tubular tranny mount out there right now, beats the hell out of ECE, and even if they had the worst customer service, i would *still* order through them just to buy that tranny mount. it's that good.
