Soldering my Radiator.

I was wondering how hard it would be to solder in a fitting for my electric fan thermostat into one of the tanks in my radiator. Has anyone done this? does anyone have any Tips/Tricks for this?
Thanks.

Re: Soldering my Radiator.

just take it to a rad shop, they can do it (and do it right) for 20 bucks or so.
Make sure they put it on the inlest side of the rad, and at least 6 inches from the top
