Re: Help Decode my motor & Heads!

The heads Have two different numbers is that how it is supose to be? I checked my numbers with http://www.mortec.com

Passanger side is Markings on it GM3T E24\76 #346236
This is what I came up with...
Mortec Site read the following= 75-87...OVAL...OPEN...454,120cc Chamber,225/116cc Ports

Driver side is Markings on it 346\ CFO or CFD #14081045
And Mortec Site read the following= 78-87...OVAL...OPEN...454

Are these any good I mean the motor runs fine could they cause the motor damage in the long run because they are different in Numbers?

Only way to tell is to open it up and count the bolts in the main caps...seems they never coded 2 or 4 bolts from the outside.
