NO, Don't make me buy it

-
Well, here we go again? I have a chance to buy this truck. I haven't pinned him down to a firm price yet but he mentioned somewhere between 3-4 thousand. It is as rust free as you will ever find in Iowa. It's an original six cyl. four speed farm truck. It had a couple of dents in the box sides where the old guy scraped the garage door frame and when they fixed it they couldn't get the paint to match so they painted the whole exterior. I saw the truck before it was repaired and painted so I know there is nothing covered up. If he will take $3000 for it I may have to buy it....

Wait till you see the 4x4 I found. I know you will want to move here then. I can't get pics of it until it stops raining though.....

Re: NO, Don't make me buy it

That truck could be a sister truck to the one my father-in-law had. It sold for $600 at an the estate auction. But it was a beater. Leon...its only money. Give it to your "boss" and say Merry Christmas!

Hey Leon, after meeting you at the k.c. nats and spending a whole day with you and the gang, i feel my opinion is as good as any, BUY IT. You deserve it (or maybe it deserves you) If for nothing else to make sure it goes to another fine home just like the 4x4. Gary
