Re: Chrome steps ????
I think all the ones you`ve seen, the owner removed and had chromed.Same as cowl covers, and interior parts(until recently).

Re: Chrome steps ????
Fleetside or stepside? You haven't said which. Are these what you're talking about?

Re: Chrome steps ????
Looks like he`s got a Stepside.Guys used to chrome them.I like those aluminum side steps.I`ve put them in trucks before.Couldn`t do that, now, though.I can`t believe it`s going for $125!!!?I think the box is what makes the seller ask so much because these were aftermarket and GM had some boxed and offered them in the accessory program, like Ventshades..

Re: Chrome steps ????
There's a guy in Texas... YOU SHOULD AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Like mentioned, I'm sure there is a reputable chrome shop that would chrome your originals. |

Re: Chrome steps ????
We sell them in chrome for 66 and older but our suppliers do not offer them in chrome for these years for some reason. Last time we had any chromed it was like $70.00 each but its been a while
