4in lift on my 72 blazer

i just got a 4in lift for my blazer in trade, i know i need the steering correction and shims, and brake line extensions. what else am i forgetting and where is good place to get the stuff i need

My frame was cracked in several places where the steering box bolts to the frame. I installed one of these and believe this is a must have item.
