4x4 front end, brake question
What is the first year for open knuckle - disk brake front ends?
67-68 were closed - drum 69-70 ? (did they make an open knuckle - drum)? 71-72 were open - disk All axles would be Dana 44's (I assume)

Re: 4x4 front end, brake question
It is my understanding the the closed knuckle drums were 67 thru early 69. Then they went to open knuckle with drum for late 69 & 70. Then 71 and on is open w/ disk.
