Parts no longer available for 67-72 Trucks

My company has a machine shop that has extra capacity on the CNC machine centers, lathes, Mills, etc. If you could pick a part or two that is no longer available for a 67-72 restroation that we could possably make, what would it be? We have made the clutch cam and rods for my restro as an Idea.

I don't know if you can make these, but you might be able to modify a different drum and or axle shaft, but 67 dually rear brake drums are hard to find. market is probably too small for it to be profitable, I don't know and there may not be a suitable starting part.
