Who needs a laugh?
I couldn't help but laugh when reading about this extremely "RARE" truck. Did you guys know the 327 was rare in a 67, hahaha. Definitely not my truck for sale, enjoy.

Re: Who needs a laugh?
Must've been another one of them rare corvette equipped trucks?
At first, I was like damn, 3K? I don't care if he knows what he's talking about or not... then I scrolled down.... tree/telephone pole + "327 the rarest and fastest engine chevy made for these trucks" will just = trouble.

Re: Who needs a laugh?
Funny, there is a guy selling a "rare" 327 on Tulsa Craigslist. It must be on of Chevrolet's fastest motors like the one this guy has!

Re: Who needs a laugh?
Rare. As in uncooked? Looks kike a plain old low optioned truck to me.
My 67 Impala had a "rare 327" too. Rare that it was sooo very clean inside and still tight. Man I miss that thing.

Re: Who needs a laugh?
Whats real rare is the fact that it has later model brackets on the engine.

Re: Who needs a laugh?
He says it still runs, but I bet the radiator didn't survive that crash. Wonder if it bent the frame?? I too wonder why he doesn't rebuild it?

Re: Who needs a laugh?
I would probably be talking crazy too if I wrapped my truck around a pole like that. Makes me want to get a shoulder strap added to mine. Maybe we should contact this guy's wife and have her take him in to get checked out, may be a concussion or just knocked loopy?

Re: Who needs a laugh?
What's rare is that they don't build them anymore......
C'mon, you gotta feel for the guy who believes in what he's trying to sell. If he doesn't talk it up, how do you think he'll ever get anywhere near his estimated value, less the costs of repair....of course. It's a shame. I wonder how the truck got into a wreck. Didn't happen all by itself, did it? Oh yeah, maybe the telephone pole just jumped out from the side of road and attacked the front end of the truck. Good job, too. Looks like it missed perfectly centering by mere tenths of an inch.

Re: Who needs a laugh?
Whats rare on that truck is the custom body work!
I'll agree you have to talk up your product when selling but when you get delusional,,,,,people laugh AT you! Especially those who can pick your story apart. Frank

Re: Who needs a laugh?
If it's so "rare" and has only "cosmetic damage" why doesn't he fix it and slap whoever hit the telephone pole with it.
Geez I'm sure the radiator is toast and with the trouble I've had lately I wouldn't take the truck if it was free!
