what are some easy cheap fixes to make your truck look better
Like simple stuff to paint or i dont really know how to put it into words.
But just easy fixes that are free or really cheap that will make it look a little better, interior or exterior |

For the cost of a few gaskets you can paint the valve covers, inner fenders, core support and engine accessory brackets,You can clean the plug wires with hand cleaner, and route them with tie wraps.Paint the air cleaner and make sure all the wires are in their covers,Masking everything so that the paint looks good will make it look better.

Remove the paint stripe down the middle and do some pin stripping.

2 " drop block (rear), & 1 full ring cut off the bottom of the coils up front......that will get the 'stance" closer to right crazyL

Re: what are some easy cheap fixes to make your truck look better
allen123, nix the pinstriping, and get that truck lowered and find some wider wheels. put a sway bar on the front, and a close ratio steering box off a late 70's truck. You don't have to spend money on springs. They fronts are easy to pull out and cut a coil. Don't be intimidated, just pull the front springs and cut. The rear springs can be compressed and heated to shorten them. Use a press or clamps and compress to the desired hieght and heat them into submission. Don't be tempted to paint it. Trucks are a lot more fun in primer. If the grill bothers you polish it or buy some spray bomb trim paint and paint it. It don't take money to make a cool truck, it takes TLC.

Re: what are some easy cheap fixes to make your truck look better
window tint, the diamond cut headlights for 20 bucks on ebay, glue the grill piece in if you know where it is, and i'd paint the inner grille flat black. clear or the "deluxe" split sidemarker lights, clear front turn signals, can't tell on the inside, but get a grant steering wheel.

what're 2" blocks, and why would you cut a 'round' off the front springs?
