K10 question

Did the 1968 K10 come with front disks and power brakes? if not, what year did they start having front disks and power brakes? Thanks in advance!

so it would seem, that this 1968 k10 i bought is really a 1971+ k10 chassis w/ a 68 cab, easily changed considering i have a 71 c20 already, thanks for the info, are there any notable differences that would tell me it's a 71+ chassis such as he could have just put a 71+ front axle in

*edit* Reason i'm such a noob about this is i know nothing about the 4x4 version of the 67-72 era
