I am not sure but I don't think so.
If I remember right you will need the model number listed on the SPID sheet on the glove compartment door. I am sure some else will chime in. Danny

Shyguy is dead on right on both accounts
CE138Z153718 C 2 wheel drive E V-8 1 1/2 ton 3 (not quite sure, cab and chassis maybe?) 8 1968 Z built in Fremont California 153718 53718th built on that assembly line at that plant for that model year. |

you'll need the bed mounts that are rivited to a pick up's frame, but otherwise, they are the same.
