Tilt steering column

I have a tilt column w/ wheel that came out of an '85 SWB. Levers have light surface rust, but nothing that can't be easily cleaned up. $75 obo.

It does not have the dimmer integrated with the turn signal.

I don't believe it is a '85 column.....
are the internals good?
