On semi trucks they have a wide single wheel insted of the dual wheels.Do they make a wide single wheel for the 74-87 dually? If so do they make it in the stock chevy diameter? I think its 16.5" Kinda wanna lowered hot rod look for my hauler.

Re: another dually ?
I think I may have a pair of 12" wide x 16.5" wagon spoke wheels I bought a few years ago and unless I tossed 'em, I still have 'em. I'll take a look at the shop to see if I can find 'em and let you know backspacing, etc.

Re: another dually ?
Back in the early 80's some big mail order company/tire&wheel place used to advertise a "super single" for the dually rears. I think the tire was a Mickey Thompson Sportsman size 33/21.50 but I don't remember the wheel package. Someone with early 80's truck/4x4 mags might be able to find the ad.

Re: another dually ?
I remember the late 80s early ninetys they had phantom duallies ,but I thought that was a dually bed on a 1/2 ton frame stuffed with a pro street wheel and tire package. Im looking for a wide rim for a 1 ton dually rear end,if it even exist. I figured if everyone is running 18 wheeler rims on there trucks then they would make 16.5 rim to match the 18 wheeler.
