4-core Radiator

Where does a guy get a good 4-core radiator? I don't want an aluminum radiator. I want one close to original as I can get.

Re: 4-core Radiator

Got mine here http://www.radiator.com/index.php for $199, in 2004. It was a perfect fit. Wherever you buy, make sure you specify inlets/outlets, fittings for A/T cooling etc.

Re: 4-core Radiator

I got mine through a radiator shop near me, for less than $150. I still have my original 4-row radiator if I ever decide to have it re-cored. The replacement came from Brazil, I believe. At least it isn't Chinese, Vietnamese or from Bangladesh.

Re: 4-core Radiator

There's a member that has access to Modine's, his former employer will drop ship them to you. Might try doing a search for "radiator" to locate the thread.

They match perfectly. Lower inlet must be angled up for a good fit.

Re: 4-core Radiator

Thanks for the info. A local radiator shop said he can recore my original Harrison for not alot more money so I told him to do it. Does anyone know what they actually do to them when they redo them.

That's what I did so that I could keep my factory side tanks.

They throw away your old core & mount the new 1 in between your side tanks.
