Quick questions. Do I need to raise or pull the engine to get the oil pan off, (replacing the pump)?. Also where to get the one piece pan gasket?? and lastly should I go 10% or 25% more on the pump??? thanks and have a good day, Mike...

Re: Oil pan removal in 68 SB
yes, you need to altleast raise up the engine. might be easier and quicker to just pull the motor though. you can also get a one piece pan gasket from your local autozone etc.
