There's a lot of info in this forum on control arms. Try using the "Search this Thread" link at the top of the page to find lots of information on control arms that's already been discussed.

Re: Control arms 68 gmc c10
Hey codie,... welcome to the board.
There are several manufacturers of tubular a-arms. I would suspect they are just as strong, if not stronger than the stock, stamped steel version. Like XXL said,... they have been discussed here at great length. I own a set of AirRide Technologies StrongArms a-arms (for my '86 project truck), and just put a set of Thorbecke Bros. (sold through www.*****************) arms on my '71 2wd blazer. Nate Porter of Porterbuilt Street Rods (www.porterbuiltstreetrods.com) will have is out by the end of the month. Other sources are CPP, Performance On Line (POL), and Brothers Truck parts. I guess the real question is,... what are you doing? Stock, Static drop, or bags? Post up pics of your truck when you get a chance,... and again welcome to the board. There is alot of info here!
