tranny does not shift

ok so on friday the truck ran fine and we changed the lift on the truck because it was lifted using blocks so after we changed leaf springs and put it all back together now it does not shift into gear and i checked trans fluid its fine and i also checked the vacum line from the back of the motor to the tranny and that is also fine is there anything i may have done while changing the springs that may have caused this

Lifted, about all you could have done is, in some way damaged the shift linkage either internally or externally. Disconnect the shift linkage at the trans and have someone you trust start her up and hold the brake. Shift the trans right at the case and see if it applies. If it does, the linkage is damaged outside the trans. If it doesn't, the linkage inside the trans is damaged. let us know. jim
