will any of this fit 67-72 6 cyl trucks?
I am not sure where to put this? Maybe it'll will help somobody. i need to get rid of straight 6 pontiac 215 motor. From what I heard it's the same as a chevy 230 but smaller bore. I don't want to give this to a junk man just yet.
Will anything from this fit our trucks? It's free. Does anyone local want this.? |

Re: will any of this fit 67-72 6 cyl trucks?
The 215 is what Pontiac offered in '64 with the new Tempest body style. They were only offered for the '64-65 models, with the 230OHC engine coming out for '66. Prior to the 215, they had 194.5 cubic inch 4's that were half of a 389. Physically, it's the same size as the 194/230 sixes. Pontiac had to one-up Chevy, since the stock six on the new Chevelle for '64 was the 194.
